At Sanskriti Sanskar Pathshala, a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Delhi, India, we are committed to transparency and accountability in all our operations, especially when it comes to financial contributions made via our website https://sanskritisanskarpathshala.in.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for donations made through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Instamojo, PayU, or others integrated with our website.

  1. Donations

All donations made to Sanskriti Sanskar Pathshala  are treated as voluntary contributions to support our educational and social initiatives. As a general policy:

  • Donations are non-refundable once successfully processed.
  • Exceptions may be made only in the case of:
    • Duplicate donations made in error.
    • Incorrect donation amounts due to technical issues.
    • Unauthorized transactions.

To request a refund, please email sspofficedelhi@gmail.comwithin 7 days of the transaction, including the following details:

  • Donor Name
  • Date of Donation
  • Transaction Reference Number
  • Amount Donated
  • Reason for Refund Request

Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the same payment method used during the donation (Razorpay, Instamojo, etc.) and may take up to 10–15 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment gateway and banking channels.

  1. Tax Exemption Certificates (80G)

If a refund is issued, the 80G tax exemption certificate issued for that transaction will be revoked and should not be used for claiming deductions under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

  1. Event or Campaign Contributions (If Applicable)

In case of registration for NGO-hosted events, workshops, or sponsored campaigns:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 5 days prior to the event for any refund eligibility.
  • Event-specific refund policies (if different) will be clearly stated on the event page.
  • No refunds will be entertained after the event has taken place.
  1. Third-Party Payment Gateway Responsibility

We rely on trusted and secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Instamojo, or PayU for handling transactions. In case of any technical payment errors, including:

  • Double charges
  • Failed transactions
  • Payment deducted but confirmation not received
